Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We ship internationally and for custom made pieces we can work with your preferred shipping company or we can recommend a few for you to choose.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
A: Shipping is based on your order total and weight. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more info.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
A: We process orders within 48 hours of being placed Monday–Friday from 10am–5pm. Orders being placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday. All orders varied depending on the item. If it’s a small item, we will ship via ground but if you need it faster, please let us know and for an additional cost, we will rush it.
Q: CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at info@hayekstudio.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONS?
A: We offer exclusive promotions to our subscribers only.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
A: Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store. But we worked with Twentieth in Los Angeles, where some of our items are in displayed.
Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
A: YES. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through WooCommerce that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.
Q: WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Q: CAN HAYEK STUDIO SPECIFICALLY SAMI HAYEK DESIGN MY NEW HOUSE, CONDO AND/OR JET?
A: All projects are taken in consideration and personally selected by Sami Hayek.
